Job Purpose
Play a key role in new product development within the Northern Europe hub, leading the tracking of product development timelines to ensure successful launches and a great consumer experience. Act as a power user of purchase order systems and build team capabilities in this area.
Responsibilities
1. Track and ensure timely completion of crucial steps for new product launches across oral and personal care in the Northern Europe Hub.
2. Support the development and approval process of product artwork.
3. Assist in customizing new products for local markets.
4. Collaborate with the e-commerce content team to ensure assets are prepared and shared before launch.
5. Coordinate with Digital Content Team for render management and sample distribution.
6. Be a Power User on Purchase Ordering system (Ariba), testing new features and providing feedback.
7. Support IMC & Media Manager with PO management and troubleshooting issues with media agencies.
8. Manage ad hoc office expenses and monthly reconciliation of the Consumer Experience team’s AMEX.
9. Assist team members with system access and troubleshooting, including raising tickets for key business systems.
10. Provide administrative support for marketing activities and team events.
