About the Role We’re looking for a Head Chef to lead, inspire, and grow with us. You don’t need prior Cantonese cooking experience—just a passion for food, great leadership skills, and a willingness to learn. We’ll provide training to help you master the flavours and techniques. Responsibilities Lead and inspire a collaborative kitchen team Work on seasonal menus, blending tradition with creativity Oversee budgets, stock, and food safety Train & support your team’s growth and development Manage rotas, scheduling & cost control Qualifications Experienced Head Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef ready to step up Passionate about fresh, home-style cooking (any cuisine welcome!)
