We are seeking experienced Salesforce Tech Lead with strong expertise in banking domain who will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects.

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role
* Define and review technical designs and solution architecture aligned with user stories and business requirements.
* Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and established design patterns.
* Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable implementations.
* Drive performance optimization and maintain system reliability.
* Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and support to the development (DEV) team to enhance their skills and productivity.
Your Skills
* Apex Triggers, Classes, Batch, Queueable, Schedulers
* Lightning Web Components (LWC)
* Aura Components if required
* Data Modelling with SOQL/SOSL
* Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware
* Customize Salesforce using standard features before opting for custom solutions
* Good to have DevOps CICD deployment process experience
