Project Manager – IT Projects and Development
Location: Hybrid – Huntlyburn Terrace, BGH. Hours per week: 36 (1.0 WTE, Permanent).
We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager with experience in managing and delivering multiple IT projects, particularly IT transformation programmes.
Responsibilities
* Produce manageable service delivery plans and balance multiple priorities.
* Provide direction, advice, support and guidance to multi‑disciplinary teams and all stakeholders.
* Communicate and negotiate with technical and non‑technical experts and managers, both internally and externally.
Qualifications
* Specialised knowledge in either IT or business‑related areas, accumulated over several years.
* Formal qualifications, training and experience supporting the knowledge.
* Experience in the NHS is advantageous.

Due to legislative changes from 1 April 2025, this post may require a different level of criminal records check. If assessed as a regulated role, the appointment will be subject to Joining the Protecting Vulnerable Groups scheme.

Working Hours & Compensation
From 1 April 2026 the Agenda for Change full‑time working week will reduce from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part‑time hours will be reduced pro‑rata. Hourly rates will increase accordingly to maintain pay parity.
