SEND TA Enfield Immediate Start

SEND TA Key Responsibilities:
* Liaising with the Senior Leadership Team, SENDCOs and Teachers to provide and promote inclusive learning.
* Working with small groups and 1-to-1 sessions.
* Providing support to students with SEND.
* As a SEND TA you will need to ensure that youre creating a safe and comfortable environment for the students.
SEND TA What the role offers:
* A weekly pay starting at £444.
* Holiday pay included.
* Time off during school holidays.

* Guidance and support if you would like to further your career and become a Teacher.
SEND TA Ideal Candidate:
* A relevant First-Class degree or 2:1 from a Top 30 University or Russell Group.
* Ideally a Psychology graduate.
* Ideally some experience working with children or exposure to SEND.
* Valid Visa and ideally an Enhanced DBS.
* Patience, empathy, and a strong desire to help students with additional needs progress.
