Client Support Administrator

Location: Fully remote

Hours: 20-30 hours per week, to be discussed with candidate (must include 9am-5pm every Friday and 2 Saturdays per month (11am-3pm, email only paid or time back in the week))

Salary: Pro rata £28,000-£29,500 based on number of hours per week agreed.

Join a small, privately owned company supporting around 400 UK car dealerships with compliance systems, audits, and training.

Our client is looking for candidates seeking long-term, stable employment who are committed and ready to contribute.

Recruitment includes telephone and video interview (with assessment), references and a 6-month probation period.

Skills & Requirements

1. Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
2. Excellent communication, spelling, and grammar
3. Previous industry experience preferred
4. Minimum 3 years’ remote working experience

Our client is looking for someone organised, reliable, proactive, able to multitask, enjoy problem solving and comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment. Importantly—you’re friendly, easy-going and enjoy being part of a supportive team.

The Role

This Part-time Client Support Administrator role involves:

5. Supporting users via email, phone, and live chat, including basic technical guidance aligned with FCA requirements
6. Managing user accounts and resolving access issues
7. Updating client documentation and training materials in line with regulations
8. Producing monthly reports for clients and the FLA
9. Assisting with invoicing, debtor follow-ups, and general admin tasks
10. Supporting client onboarding
11. Re-engaging users with expired training
12. Liaising with IT and external partners to resolve technical system issues
13. Maintaining internal guides, reports and a knowledge base
