Description
* Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
* Maintain and update payroll records, including employee details and payment information.
* Assist in resolving payroll queries and discrepancies efficiently.
* Provide support for end-of-year payroll activities and reporting.
* Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure smooth payroll operations.
* Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive payroll information.
* Support the implementation of payroll process improvements where necessary.
* Prepare and distribute payslips and other related documentation.
Profile
A successful Payroll Assistant should have:
* Previous experience in payroll processing within a professional environment.
* Familiarity with payroll software and systems.
* Knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills.
