As an experienced Children's and Families Social Worker, you have the opportunity to play a key role in supporting, training, and mentoring professionals to significantly impact the lives of children and their families. Your expertise, creativity, and skills will be instrumental in delivering and developing training within the Families First Partnership. Working with the Children and Young Peoples Workforce Learning and Development Team, you will be responsible for direct training, creating self-directed learning modules, mentoring, and providing one-to-one support for Families First. This role involves working with both internal and external partners. We seek a motivated, enthusiastic, and committed individual with a strong awareness of learning and development activities to support a range of adult learning styles. A solid foundation of knowledge and skills is essential, as is the ability to creatively convey information to facilitate the learning of others. You must be a qualified and registered Social Worker, working towards or possessing a Practice Education Award at Stage 2, with experience in training or involvement in developing and delivering learning activities.
