Senior Support Engineer
SR2 | Socially Responsible Recruitment | Certified B Corporation™ is looking for a Senior Support Engineer to work directly with customers integrating software and electronics products, acting as a technical point of contact and providing insight into customer needs to inform product development.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical support to customers integrating software and electronic systems;
* Develop an in-depth understanding of our product range;
* Capture customer requirements and feedback to support product improvement;
* Support customer visits, demos, and training;
* Prepare technical documentation, guidance, and reporting where required;
* Travel to customer sites in the UK and overseas
Qualifications
* Experience in software development or testing activities (e.g., C++, Python, Java, etc.);
* Experience leading a team;
* Working in defence, military, radar, aerospace and similar sectors (beneficial background skills, not essential);
* Strong desire to be in a customer‑facing role; mature and independent individual; passion for engaging with customers.
Compensation
£75,000 flexible salary, benefits and profit share; 5 days onsite in Cambridge.
