Job Title: Sales Consultant
Location:Highbury
Brand: Portico
Salary:up to £32,152 OTE
Hours:Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, every other Saturday 10am to 2pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

The role of Sales Consultantis exciting and rewarding!
Duties will include:
* Identifying and maximising business opportunities.
* Advertise properties, deal with booking property viewings and registering applicants.
* Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face.
* Achieving personal and branch sales targets.
* Introducing new business and building alliances with developers within the local community through active networking.
* Being the stream of communication between client and vendor with sharing information.
* Building strong relationships internally and externally.
* Preparing accurate property details and ensuring accurate data entry.
* Deal with the sale of a property from viewing to close.
Skills required:
* Excellent sales ability.
* High level of customer service skills.
* Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
* The ability to negotiate.
* Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed.
* Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
* Be responsive to change.
* A full UK driving license.
