Business Development & Social Media Assistant
Office-based – Letchworth, Hertfordshire
Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
Basic salary PLUS Commission: £100 per appointment booked + £200 per successful sale
A Letchworth-based SaaS business with a small, friendly, and collaborative culture is looking for a Business Development & Social Media Assistant who is proactive and motivated to support their growing business.
About the Role
The Business Development & Social Media Assistant will help generate leads and build online presence.
This is an office-based role with a daily mix of outbound calls and creating content for our social platforms (primarily LinkedIn and Facebook).
We envisage that the social media element of the role will take 1-2 hours per day and the rest of the day will be spent on lead generation and booking appointments.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
1. Calling professionals and decision-makers to book appointments or demos
2. Earning commission for every appointment and additional commission when a sale is made
3. Creating and scheduling engaging LinkedIn and Facebook content
4. Interacting with industry content and thought leaders online
