The Ranch Steakhouse & Grill is a wild-west American steakhouse in the heart of Louth, Lincolnshire. Known for steaks, burgers, ribs and more, we are the highest rated Steakhouse in Lincolnshire and pride ourselves on our reputation.
We are looking to recruit a new bubbly, reliable and hard-working waitress/waiter to join our front of house team at Louth's most popular restaurant.
We have a great team here and are looking to add another strong member Someone who can help us take our restaurant to the next level, is confident in their ability and has a love for the trade (and rock 'n roll music).
Experience is preferred for this position but relevant training can be provided so no matter what level you are, we'd love to have you
You must be able to work weekends. We have both part and full time positions available.
Responsibilities:
* Looking after tables in a section of the restaurant with multiple tables, taking their order, checking on them, running food, clearing of tables and ensuring they receive the true Ranch experience.
* Working as a team during busy periods to ensure the entire restaurant is happy with the level of service.
* Occasionally helping the bar team so bar experience is good.
* Awareness of Food Safety (Training can be provided down the line.)
