Description
Deliver technical leadership for projects and transitions, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
Provide engineering solutions for complex problems through structured analysis and collaboration
Drive improvements in manufacturing processes to meet quality, cost, and regulatory requirements
Lead teams to implement engineering changes and support product lifecycle activities
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality systems, including risk management
Develop and apply best practices in design for manufacture, assembly, and validation
Support team development through mentoring and regular performance reviews
Contribute to achieving operational goals for safety, quality, delivery, and costProfile
You will be an experienced Manufacturing/Project/Process Engineer, from a Manufacturing background, along with:
A recognised qualification in Engineering
Experience in processes such as assembly, machining, PCBA manufacture, and plastic injection moulding
Skilled in techniques including FMEA, tolerance analysis, and configuration control
Knowledge of CAD, PLM systems, and validation activities for engineering change
Proven ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional teams in a regulated environment
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to implementing solutionsJob Offer
