As Sales & Business Development Lead, you will drive commercial growth for our casino slot portfolio across existing and new markets. This role is responsible for expanding key operator partnerships, opening new distribution channels, and maximizing revenue through strategic deals, market expansion, and long-term account development.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Growth & Expansion
* Grow revenue and market share in existing markets through upselling, cross-selling, and portfolio expansion
* Identify, evaluate, and open new geographic markets and operator partnerships
* Lead market entry strategies including commercial terms, launch planning, and go-to-market execution
Partnership & Deal Management
* Source, negotiate, and close commercial agreements with online casino operators, aggregators, and platforms
* Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution and launch
* Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key partners
* Account Development
* Where possible expand key accounts to maximize lifetime value and game performance
* Work closely with Account Management, Product, and Marketing teams to optimize launches and promotions
* Monitor partner performance and proactively identify growth opportunities
Strategy & Market Intelligence
* Track market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments
* Provide commercial input into product roadmap and game strategy
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
Requirements:
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in the online gambling or iGaming industry, with a strong focus on casino slots and online gaming products.
* Proven track record in business development, sales, or commercial roles within a slot or casino game provider environment.
* Deep understanding of online casino operators, aggregators, platforms, and the broader iGaming ecosystem.
* Experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation, contract closing, and launch.
* Strong ability to identify market opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
* Demonstrated success in expanding accounts, upselling, and cross-selling in competitive markets.
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements, market trends, and competitor landscapes in online gambling.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging at senior operator levels.
* Strategic thinker with commercial acumen, able to provide input into product roadmaps and market strategies.
* Willingness and ability to travel for industry events, conferences, and partner meetings as needed.
