You’ll lead and inspire a sales team of 6, setting the commercial direction and building a culture that thrives.
You’ll work closely with the MD and Ops Director to align the sales engine with operational capacity — and make decisions that drive long-term value, not just short-term wins.
Expect to spend 2–3 days a week out in the field with your team — visiting key accounts, supporting client conversations, and leading from the front.
The rest of your time will be split between the Hailsham HQ and a remote admin day on Fridays to give you some flexibility.

You have also led a sales team before — either as a Sales Manager or Sales Director — and know how to coach, develop, and get the most out of your sales team without breaking them.
You’ve got sharp commercial instincts. You know your numbers, read data well, and you’re always spotting opportunities to improve margins, performance, or processes.
