We are seeking a caring and reliable Personal Assistant to support an 18-year-old young adult with autism, ADHD, anxiety, and mental health needs. The aim of this role is to help him safely access the community, reduce social isolation, and build confidence in a structured environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
* Provide support to attend a local gym in a safe and structured way
* Offer reassurance and encouragement when leaving the home
* Support the development of a consistent routine
* Ensure safety and wellbeing at all times during activities
* Help build confidence and independence in community setting
Experience & Qualifications
Experience supporting individuals with autism, anxiety, or mental health needs (desirable)
* Calm, patient, and empathetic nature
* Reliable and consistent approach to support
* Good communication skills
Hourly Rate
£13.28
Hours Per Week
2 hours per week
How the hours will be used
Flexible throughout the week – agreed upon interview
Transport
Employer requires transport? Yes
Access to a vehicle would be beneficial but is not essential. Transport to activity can be arranged if required. Individual is currently unable to access public transport independently.
