Are you an experienced service manager in the plant hire or construction industry, looking to join a growing company who will provide full manufacturer training and opportunities for progression?
This company is a well established dealer of respected brands such as Kubota, Bomag, and Atlas Copco to the construction and civil engineering industries. This business has grown to be one of the leading distributors for these brands in the UK and have no intention of stopping.
On offer is the opportunity to become a key asset to the rapid growth of the business. You will be scheduling engineers and booking visits across the UK, while reporting to the director of finance. The ideal candidate will be able to achieve KPIs and liaise with manufacturers confidently to secure new products.
This role would suit an experienced service coordinator, looking to progress in a company who value your career development and offer excellent manufacturer training courses.
The Role:
Organise and support the supervisory teams
Oversee the scheduling of PPM and warranty breakdowns
Lead the service admin department to maximise engineer utilisation
Liaise directly with manufacturers to organise product delivery
Report to the finance director and act as the nominated service representative for the franchised partners
Ensure staff training is scheduled and attended, for site safety and data protection policies
The Person:
Experience in a plant hire/sales service coordinator role
Managerial experience
Full UK driving licence
