The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Property Manager. The private rented sector is ever-changing and often challenging, so the right person will thrive on variety, problem-solving, and building great relationships.
This role is central to keeping our landlords, tenants, and contractors happy, while ensuring properties are well-managed and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
1. Carry out property inspections and provide clear, accurate reports.
2. Manage check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and attention to detail.
3. Coordinate property re-lets, ensuring minimal void periods.
4. Dealing with enquiries from both tenants and landlords.
5. Maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors, resolving issues with compassion and efficiency.
6. Support the wider team and contribute to the growth of the business.
7. Recognise and act on opportunities to grow our managed portfolio.
8. Stay on top of sector changes, compliance, and best practices.
Many, traditional time consuming roles within Property Management, have been removed and re-allocated throughout the team, to ensure the role is equally distributed.
The role also has added flexible working with a short and long week, working average 36 hours per week with only 2 Saturdays per month (the very appealing pattern can be explained in full on application).
