Responsibilities
1. Work with business stakeholders to understand change opportunities, define scope, and identify impacts.
2. Manage workshops and interviews to define processes and elicit requirements.
3. Analyze requirements and translate them into user stories.
4. Support development and testing teams during build and testing phases, ensuring understanding of business changes.
5. Assist during system change cutovers to ensure business readiness.
