What You’ll Do:
As a Polisher/Fettler, you’ll ensure aerospace components meet the highest standards of quality and finish. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Deburring and removing sharp edges using files, scrapers, and rotary tools.
* Grinding and polishing steel and aluminum components to exact drawing specifications.
* Performing light polishing and finishing work on various parts.
* Conducting visual inspections of completed products.
* Completing accurate documentation and maintaining records.
* Working to ISO, and 9001 standards.
* Supporting our Energy team by identifying energy savings opportunities and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:

* Ability to follow instructions, both written and verbal.
* Physical fitness and stamina to stand or sit for long periods.
* Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
* Motivation, honesty, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Willingness to work overtime when required.
* Experience using measuring and inspection equipment is preferred.
