This is a key leadership role requiring strong operational oversight, excellent decision-making skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality services to children and families.Key Responsibilities:Provide effective leadership and management to a team of social workers and practitionersOversee case management, ensuring statutory responsibilities and service standards are metDrive performance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement within the teamSupport staff development through supervision, mentoring, and performance reviewsManage complex cases and provide guidance on risk assessment and safeguardingWork collaboratively with multi-agency partners to deliver integrated servicesEnsure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and proceduresRequirements:Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registrationSignificant post-qualification experience within Children's Services, including management experienceStrong knowledge of legislation relating to children with disabilities and safeguardingProven ability to manage teams, resources, and performance effectivelyExcellent communication, leadership, and organisational skillsPlease contact Danny Evans at Ackerman Pierce
