Main duties of the job
The South London & Maudsley NHS Trust provides a full range ofmental health services to people of Southwark, Lewisham, Lambeth, and Croydonas well as substance misuse services for people in Bexley, Greenwich, andBromley. The Trust provides specialist services to people from across the UK.
It has approximately 4,800 staff and a budget of £300 million. The trustalso works closely with the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology andNeuroscience (IoPPN), King's College London and are part of King's HealthPartners Academic Health Sciences Centre. Job description
Job responsibilities
Therole is for care co-ordinators who will be given a case are an earlyintervention service, and we work with people who suffer first episodeof psychosis. You will work closelywith our clients, their families and carers and ensuring anassertive outreach approach.
Youwill be part of a multi-disciplinary team and working alongside, our Psychiatrists, Psychologists including a FI specialistand CBT worker, nurses, social workers, and OTs alongwith our employment specialists.
