Job Title: Engine Build Engineer Location: Berkshire Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Thursday (40 hours/week) About the Role A leading UK general aviation engine maintenance facility, located near Reading in Berkshire, is seeking an experienced Engine Mechanic / Build Engineer to join their growing team. Specialising in the overhaul, repair, and testing of Lycoming and Continental (flat 4- and 6-cylinder) piston engines, this role is also well-suited to mechanics with a background in automotive engine building. You will work in a professionally equipped facility, carrying out repairs and overhauls on normally aspirated and turbocharged, air-cooled piston engines. This is a safety-critical role that demands precision and a keen eye for detail in both engineering and documentation.
