Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Service and Warranty Administrator located at our Didcot depot. The administrator will be responsible for handling warranty claims, coordinating service-related tasks, maintaining accurate records, assisting with customer queries, and ensuring timely communication between customers and the service department. The role involves maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and supporting seamless service operations within the company.
Qualifications
* Experience in Warranty Administration and ensuring accurate records management
* Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating positive client experiences
* Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with customers and internal teams
* Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including familiarity with general office software and service platforms
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
* Knowledge of farm equipment or interest in the agricultural industry is a plus
* Prior experience in a similar administrative role is advantageous
