We’re looking for a Personal Assistant to join us at Severn Trent!
The ideal candidate will be curious and show great integrity in the work they produce. We want someone who is energised by the unknown, who can work independently and is a complete finisher in how they see their work through. You’ll be involved in working directly with our Strategic lead of Watertight, Mains renewal, IWJS to name a few, you will therefore touch a varied array of areas of the business. With this in mind, you’ll be a touchpoint of communication for a large number of people, so being empathetic, a forward thinker and having the courage to challenge upwards appropriately would be beneficial.
Also having excellent organisation, time management skills, and can effectively communicate with the stakeholders. The role does involve travelling relatively frequently to sites across our Midlands patch and beyond for stakeholder meetings.
What We’re Looking For
Your role will include managing multiple projects and deadlines. We would love for you to get involved in activities around the business that spark your interest and bring a fresh perspective to the organisation.
You’ll also be expected to be fluent in doing standard Personal Assistant tasks such as diary management, managing mailboxes, organising meetings and travel, and preparing presentations.
It would be advantageous if you had done a similar role at executive level previously but not essential.
