Stellantis has a rich portfolio of iconic automotive brands: Peugeot, Citroen, DS Automobiles, Vauxhall, Alfa Romeo, Maserati, Fiat, Vauxhall, Jeep, and Abarth.
This role is based at the Vauxhall Motors Manufacturing Plant in Luton, UK. There are nearly 1,500 employees based at the site building a light commercial vehicle under the Citroën, Peugeot, Fiat, Opel, and Vauxhall badges. It is a fast paced, high-volume site working across 3 shifts and producing 2,500 vans a week for the end customer.
The Process, Quality and Engineering department oversees controlling the process in unit by applying different checks which can be done online or in the lab to make sure the quality of the final product meet the expectation; also, it is answerable for continual Improvement Activities in relation to Productivity and Quality as well as Project Management relating to Engineering changes, capacity uplift and automation. You will be integrated into the team where you will have the opportunity to maximise your capabilities in following the organisations processes and systems in achieving the performance KPI’s and successful project implementation.

* SPC Monitoring and control

* Strong data analysis skills. Prepare produce and process reports by collecting, analysis and summarizing information and trends leading to solid action planning
* The ability to identify concerns and areas for improvement, solve problems and lead problem solving activities
