Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Full Time Southampton £14.20 Term Time Only | 8:45am – 3:30pm Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant looking for a full-time role within supportive and specialist SEN environments? We are a dedicated SEN team working closely with schools across Southampton that cater for children with additional needs. We are seeking committed, full-time LSAs who ideally have experience working within education and are passionate about making a real difference. The Role: Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a 1:1 or small group basis Assisting with tailored learning activities and adapted curriculum delivery Supporting social, emotional, and behavioural development Working collaboratively with teaching staff and SENCOs What We’re Looking For: Experience working within education (school-based experience preferred) A strong understanding of additional needs such as ASC, ADHD, SEMH, or speech and language needs Patience, resilience, and a nurturing approach Full-time availability (term time only) What We Offer: £14.20 per hour Term-time only work (excellent work-life balance) Typical school hours (8:45am – 3:30pm) Ongoing support from our specialist SEN team Opportunity to transition onto a direct school contract if successful You will initially work through Teaching Personnel, with the opportunity to move onto the school’s permanent contract following a successful placement.
