The Role Build relationships with customers, identify and develop new client areas via lead generation and prospecting. Close profitable deals over a range of customer groups. Achieve sales and revenue growth according to agreed targets. Respond to quotation requests, tender enquiries, follow up and negotiate to close the sale. Maximise exposure of products and service across targeted accounts and maintain robust sales pipeline. Develop and implement strategic account plans with clear objectives to increase market share. Measure and communicate progress against monthly targets by accurate and timely reporting and forecasting to the Regional Sales Manager. Liaise with Regional Sales Manager in all aspects of service sales enquiries to ensure all work follows appropriate company practices. Being commercial aware at all times. Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and sales techniques. Travel required to visit clients Literate and numerate to GCSE standard or equivalent 1-year's minimum experience in a customer service/sales role Computer literacy Strong presentation skills Competent in all Microsoft programmes, including Project and PowerPoint Conflict resolution skills Ability to self-assess Ability to take ownership of personal development Conflict resolution skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Extremely organised Superior customer-care skills Positive attitude and receptive to change Proactively identify where improvements can benefit the business and the customer What's in it for you?
