Due to a recent surge in customer orders, the organisation is seeking a Temporary Accounts Assistant/ Finance Administrator to support increased operational demand.
Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of the small, collaborative finance team, your day-to-day duties will include:
1. Processing, uploading, and emailing invoices
2. Inputting supplier invoices and making supplier payments
3. Handling credit control statements and reconciliations
4. Monitoring and managing the accounts inbox
5. Assisting with iing calls and general administrative tasks
What You'll Need
6. Proficiency in Sage 50 and Microsoft Excel
7. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
9. A flexible and proactive attitude to administrative support
Working Hours
Monday to Friday | 08:30 – 17:00 (with a 30-minute lunch break)
