Junior Financial Analyst – Hospitality

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
* Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement
* Support budgeting and forecasting processes
* Monitor operational performance against financial targets
* Maintain and update financial models and spreadsheets
* Support improvements to hospitality systems and financial data requirements
* Partner with teams across the business to improve financial processes and knowledge
* Provide insight and recommendations on sales performance, margins and commercial initiatives

What we’re looking for
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field
* Part-qualified accountant, such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA, or equivalent experience
* Strong analytical thinking and excellent attention to detail
* A commercial mindset with curiosity around product profitability
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
* Ability to influence and constructively challenge stakeholders
* Proactive approach to improving processes, outcomes and performance
* Experience in financial modelling, analytical analysis or hospitality environments would be a bonus

The Finance – Hospitality department supports the financial performance of Hotel & Visitor Attraction operations. It provides financial insight, analysis and business partnering to enable effective decision‑making, strong cost control and improved commercial performance across the organisation.
