Unit & Position Role Unit Function A 4* headquarters executing standing NATO missions and on perpetual standby to deliver C2 over an assigned NATO Joint Task Force. Position Role Staff Officer (PsyOps Crisis Response Planning) Responsibilities Analyses PMESII domains, to obtain a comprehensive understanding of how they interact in the current engagement space. Liaises with PsyOps Target Audience analysis staff officer for contribution to the planning process concerning potential and there respective handling Liaises with J3/5 to ensure integration of PsyOps crisis response planning into plans, as well as PsyOps specific plans and programs. Ensures PsyOps contribution on FRAGO development in coordination with PsyOps Current Ops SME. Liaises with J2 to examine adversary, potential adversary, non-aligned, and friendly nations, as complex adaptive systems. Liaises with staff officer PsyOps Targeting and assist PsyOps Section Head to determine what actions will prevent potential crisis to appear. Provides a significant contribution to all stages of the planning process and help to achieve the required situational awareness and understanding. Undertakes work as part of a project team or working group as directed or assigned.
