Role
Mobilisation and Transition PMO
Responsibilities
* Lead the mobilisation, re‑mobilisation, and de‑mobilisation of contracts, including developing comprehensive plans covering timelines, resource allocation, risk register, and communication strategies.
* Ensure that the dedicated SharePoint is set up and all Workstreams have access and utilise the SharePoint, whilst leading execution of activities in line with project plans and deadlines.
* Chair weekly meetings/calls with the operations team and clients, coordinate with stakeholders, and support procurement, equipment, systems, and facilities setup.
* Identify and assess risks, maintain a risk register, implement mitigation strategies, and support transition planning to ensure seamless handover to operational teams.
* Act as the primary point of contact, manage stakeholder relationships, provide progress updates, and contribute to process improvement and mobilisation best practices.
Required Qualifications
* Proven experience in mobilisation and transition management, preferably in Facilities Management.
* Strong project management skills, including experience managing project plans, budgets, and timelines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
* Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, with experience in risk management and issue resolution.
* Relevant Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
