Graduate Learning Support Assistant – Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with varying academic needs
* Work alongside teachers to adapt lesson content and classroom activities
* Assist with planning and delivering targeted interventions across a range of subjects
* Promote inclusion and positive behaviour in and out of the classroom
* Monitor student progress and provide feedback to staff
* Support students with SEND or additional learning needs
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a passionate and committed Graduate Learning Support Assistantwho meets the following criteria:
* Minimum 2:1 degree in any subject (English, Psychology, Science, Maths, or Humanities preferred)
* Strong academic background and excellent communication skills
* A genuine interest in education and supporting young learners
* Previous experience working with young people (e.g., mentoring, tutoring, youth work) – desirable
* Energetic, proactive, and keen to learn within a school environment
* Ambition to pursue a career in teaching or education
