Are you a skilled electrician looking for a new challenge in a growing and dynamic team? We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Street Lighting Electrician to help us deliver high-quality lighting solutions across our highways and public spaces. You will be based at our local highways depot in Swinton, Salford working across one of the fastest growing Cities in the North West.
What You’ll Do:
* Install, maintain, and repair street lighting systems, illuminated signs, and other electrical street furniture.
* Carry out fault finding and diagnostics on electrical circuits and control systems.
* Work safely and efficiently in outdoor environments, often at height and in varying weather conditions.
* Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to meet project deadlines and service standards.
What We’re Looking For:
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
* G39 and IPAF qualifications (preferred).
* Experience in street lighting or similar outdoor electrical work.
* A proactive attitude and commitment to safety and quality.
