The Operations Office is responsible for the programme management, manufacture and delivery of our Formula 1 cars to our customer, the Race Team. The functional departments within the Operations team work together to ensure that car components are manufactured/supplied to the right specification, quality and delivered on time to be transported to the Race Team. The Sustainability team work closely with all these departments to ensure that our actions align with our business strategy to meet the requirements of the FIA and other key stakeholders.
We are hiring for the following roles:
* Sustainability Graduate
The Sustainability Graduate will work alongside the Sustainability Business Partner who is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring sustainability programs and initiatives within the organization. This role involves collaborating with various departments and external suppliers and stakeholders to integrate sustainable practices into daily operations and reduce environmental impact. This role offers a unique opportunity to see all aspects of the Operations Management function and to have a real impact in driving improvements in our business sustainability. You will work with and learn from talented and experienced team members, seeing what it takes to get a car to the racetrack and experiencing the thrill of playing a part in getting it there.

Find Your Place
* Degree in a STEM-related field, with a strong interest in manufacturing and operations.
* Experience working with business systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint); SharePoint and Power BI knowledge is a plus.
* Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset and strong organisational skills.
* Logical thinker with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
* Previous experience in manufacturing or operations through internships or personal projects is highly desirable.
