Desktop Support Engineer - Band 1
This is a challenging opportunity to provide exceptional desktop support to our team, utilizing your technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for providing hands-on assistance with builds and break-fix, as well as administering the corporate network and print services.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of network administration, including switches, firewalls, servers, computers, lab printers, tablets, Active Directory, backup, and licensing. They will also be able to enhance digital security compliance of the company network and enable secure systems to connect to different networks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide desktop support to builds and break fix
