You’ll be responsible for all in-store activities during your shift; and comprehensive training will equip you to lead your team, plan resources effectively, and ensure a delightful customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Our purpose, driven by our passion for food, is to serve and assist every customer.
You’ll manage the shift during the day, overseeing team performance and time management, demonstrating decisiveness, organization, and inclusivity. Reporting to the Store Manager, you and fellow managers will plan shift patterns, product availability, and manage busy periods to ensure essential products are available and operations run smoothly. At shift end, you’ll provide a thorough handover to the next manager.
We’ll give you the time and space to perform these duties properly, knowing that well-coordinated teams create a positive customer experience.
