What You’ll Do
Social Growth & Community
• Take full ownership of AXD’s TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts.
• Plan, create and post short-form videos, carousels, Reels, Stories and thought-leadership snippets.
• Manage client social accounts (1–3 brands) with the same energy and creativity.
• Engage with comments and communities, sparking conversations that build brand authority.
Content Production
• Film, edit and caption short-form/long-form videos (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar).
• Write punchy hooks, captions and post copy that align with each platform’s voice.
• Turn long-form articles and podcasts into snackable social assets with designers and copywriters.
Scheduling & Analytics
• Build and maintain a rolling content calendar using Monday.com and scheduling tools (Buffer/Hootsuite).
• Track performance metrics, analyse growth trends and share insight reports with the team.
• Test new formats, hashtags and posting times to optimise reach.
Collaboration & Ideation
• Attend creative stand-ups to pitch fresh concepts, trends and sound ideas.
• Liaise with designers, videographers and senior writers to keep projects moving.
• Support brainstorming for client campaigns and AXD’s brand initiatives.
About You
* Proven growth track record—you’ve grown your own or another brand’s TikTok, Instagram or LinkedIn account and can show the numbers.
* Creative storyteller who loves turning ideas into scroll-stopping visuals and copy.
* Multimedia skills—comfortable filming on a phone, editing in CapCut/Adobe, and tweaking graphics in Canva, Adobe or Figma.
* Organised self-starter—you hit deadlines, juggle multiple channels and keep a clean content calendar.
* Trend spotter & experimenter—you’re the first to test a new TikTok format or LinkedIn carousel hack.
* Hungry to learn—you want to build a long-term marketing career and soak up mentorship from senior pros.

* Hours of work: Full time, 8.30 – 4.30 Monday to Friday.
* Clear progression path into Content Strategist, Social Lead or Growth Marketer roles.
