We are currently seeking experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join a range of primary and secondary schools across Slough. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within supportive and inclusive educational settings where your skills are valued and your impact is truly felt.
About the Role
Full-time & part‑time positions available
* Work one-on-one or with small groups of pupils with a variety of SEN including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and speech and language needs
* Support the class teacher with tailored learning strategies and behaviour management
* Help to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience supporting children with SEN in a school or educational setting
* A proactive and compassionate approach
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Ability to adapt and use own initiative
* A relevant TA qualification or training in SEN (desirable)
