Our client, a well-regarded provider of residential and nursing care, is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Registered Manager to lead their 70-bed nursing home in Norfolk. The Home Located in the heart of a bustling market town with excellent transport links to Norwich, this contemporary care facility offers 70 single, en-suite bedrooms across three floors. Designed with comfort and care in mind, the home provides a welcoming and supportive environment for both residents and staff. The Role As the Care Home Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and financial performance. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining full occupancy and enhancing the home’s reputation in the local community. Key Responsibilities Lead, support, and inspire a dedicated care team to deliver person-centred care. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory standards, including CQC. Manage budgets effectively, meeting financial targets and controlling costs. Drive occupancy through effective marketing and stakeholder engagement. Build strong relationships with residents, families, local partners, and health professionals. Candidate Requirements Proven track record managing a large care setting (minimum 3 years). Strong understanding of CQC standards and adult social care regulations. Leadership skills with a passion for team development and high-quality care delivery. Commercially astute with experience in budget and occupancy management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. NMC registration and nursing qualification (desirable but not essential).
