As part of our award-winning team, our Chef de Partie will be serving up to 100 covers daily. Our Chef de Partie Requirements:
* As Chef de Partie you must have at least 2 years experience in a high-end dining establishment.
* A proven ability to run a section efficiently and confidently.
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to consistently deliver excellence under pressure.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Right to work in the UK.
