* General reception duties i.e., Answering incoming phone calls and transferring as necessary, greeting, and welcoming visitors
* Monitoring email boxes and distributing as necessary
* Carrying out administration requests from management
* Maintaining stock and ordering stationery/office supplies
* Perform accurate data entry
* Administration duties such as scanning, photocopying, word processing
* Booking accommodation and travel
