Role: Senior Associate Lawyer Contract Length: 6 months Location: Hybrid/London near Southwark Station – 2 days per week in office (Tuesday one other day) IR35: Inside Pay Rate to Intermediary: £525.72 per day Spinwell is recruiting for a Senior Associate Lawyer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR ASSOCIATE LAWYER Conduct criminal litigation for client-related cases. Draft legal documents and oversee case preparation. Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel. Ensure compliance with public and regulatory law standards. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE SENIOR ASSOCIATE LAWYER Criminal Litigation Experience – mandatory. Drafting and Decision-Making Skills – ability to prepare and approve legal documents. Stakeholder Management – liaising with internal teams and external counsel. PQE: 3–5 years preferred, but flexible for the right candidate.
