Regional Sales Manager - Cardiac Diagnostics - London / South UK About the Company A fast-growing, internationally recognised medical technology company is transforming the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease using advanced, non-invasive, AI-driven solutions. The organisations flagship cardiac diagnostic technology provides clinicians with detailed 3D insights into coronary anatomy, blood flow, and atherosclerotic burden, supporting more precise patient management across the cardiac CT pathway. Role Overview The Regional Sales Manager will lead commercial activities across the South of England, with a strong focus on London. This role blends new business development with strategic account management, ensuring both the acquisition of new healthcare customers and the expansion of adoption within existing sites. The position is home-based and requires substantial travel to hospitals, stakeholder meetings, and clinical events throughout the region. Key Responsibilities Prospect, engage, and secure new clinical accounts across the assigned geography. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. Design and implement regional strategies to increase adoption within NHS and private healthcare systems. Drive utilisation and expansion of the organisations cardiovascular diagnostic solutions within key accounts. Develop strong, long-term relationships with Interventional Cardiologists, Cardiologists, Radiologists, Primary Care Physicians, and other key clinical stakeholders. Provide ongoing education, training, and support to ensure clinical success and customer satisfaction. Promote clinical and operational value propositions to foster advocacy and long-term partnerships. Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Market Access, Clinical Applications, Implementation, and Product Development to support customer onboarding and long-term success. Assist in the delivery of educational events such as workshops, training sessions, pathway meetings, and specialist clinical programmes. Capture and communicate customer feedback to inform product and market strategy Education & Experience Bachelors degree in Science, Medicine, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. 7 years experience in Medical Device Sales (Specifically within Cardiac Diagnostics / Interventional Cardiology / Cardiac Imaging) Proven success driving adoption of new technologies in the NHS, HSE (Ireland), and/or private healthcare settings.
