Job Title: SEND 1:1 Support - After School Club Playworker
Location: Twickenham Primary Academy, 2-4 The Green, Twickenham, TW2 6QF
Start Date: 18th August 2025
Pay: GBP15 per hour (plus holiday pay)
Work Dates: x3 After School Club Sessions (Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays) during Term Time
Operational hours: 15.00 - 18.00 for After School Club
Casual Contract: 9 hrs per week during Term Time Only

Junior Adventures Group UK is looking for a happy, enthusiastic, and passionate 1:1 SEN Activity Playworker to join our growing family. This is a complex role that requires confidence and proactivity, with existing experience supporting children with SEN.
As a 1:1 SEN Activity Playworker, you will:
* Support children within our Holiday Club
* Support children in sensory activities and games
* Engage with children through play and sports
* Supervise children in a safe and welcoming environment
* Create an inclusive and fun atmosphere where possible
* Have experience in teaching or supporting children with PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties)
* Manage confrontation and challenging behaviors
* Be patient and responsive to children's needs
Experience for this role is essential.
