The Role
The Head of Digital Marketing will take ownership of digital marketing strategy and execution across ICE Cleaning and ICE Drainage.
For ICE Cleaning, the focus will be on optimising and extending an already strong digital presence, improving performance across existing channels, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
For ICE Drainage, the focus will be on creating and implementing a digital marketing and lead generation strategy from the ground up, establishing the right channels, systems, reporting and campaigns to generate measurable commercial results.
This role requires a senior marketing leader who is equally comfortable setting strategy, managing budgets, analysing performance, and rolling up their sleeves to improve campaigns, content, websites and lead generation activity.
Reporting Line
* Report directly to the Founder and CEO
* Work closely with sales, operations and senior leadership teams
* Manage external agencies and support the development of internal marketing capability
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and lead the digital marketing strategy across ICE Cleaning and ICE Drainage.
* Build a clear lead generation roadmap aligned to commercial growth objectives.
* Strengthen and optimise ICE Cleaning’s existing digital performance across SEO, PPC, website conversion and inbound lead generation.
* Create ICE Drainage’s digital marketing function from scratch, including channel strategy, campaign planning, reporting and performance management.
* Own and manage paid search, SEO, local search, remarketing and other digital acquisition channels.
* Work closely with sales and leadership teams to ensure marketing activity supports revenue growth and lead quality.
* Oversee website performance, user journey, conversion rate optimisation and landing page strategy.
* Develop content and campaign plans that improve visibility, authority and enquiry generation across both brands.
* Establish marketing dashboards, KPIs, attribution models and reporting processes to measure return on investment.
* Manage external agencies, freelancers or in‑house team members as required.
* Identify opportunities to improve marketing systems, automation, CRM integration and lead handling processes.
* Ensure both brands maintain a strong, professional and consistent market presence.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a commercially focused digital marketing leader with a strong track record of generating leads and building scalable marketing functions.
The ideal candidate will bring:
* Proven experience in a senior digital marketing leadership role.
* Strong expertise across SEO, PPC, Google Ads, analytics, conversion optimisation and lead generation.
* Experience managing both established digital channels and building new marketing functions from the ground up.
* A strategic mindset combined with a hands‑on approach to delivery.
* Strong commercial awareness and the ability to connect marketing performance to revenue outcomes.
* Experience working in multi‑brand, multi‑service or fast‑growth environments.
* Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Confidence working with data, reporting and performance analysis to inform decision‑making.
* A results‑driven, proactive approach with high standards of execution.
* Experience in service‑led, field‑based, facilities, construction, specialist services or related sectors.
* Knowledge of local and national lead generation strategies.
* Experience improving marketing‑to‑sales handover and lead qualification processes.
* Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation and call tracking platforms.
