What will the role involve?
Are you an experienced Senior Sous Chef ready to take the next step in your kitchen management career? At Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels, we support our Senior Sous Chefs in developing the skills needed to progress to Head Chef level. You’ll gain valuable exposure to office and administrative responsibilities, people management training, and continued culinary development, while doing what you do best—creating exceptional food and leading a professional kitchen team.
We’re looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Sous chef with experience in a quality-driven hotel or hospitality environment, who is flexible, enthusiastic, and confident in mentoring junior team members. With a strong awareness of current food trends and high emotional intelligence, you’ll anticipate guest needs and consistently deliver our signature Hand Picked experience, going above and beyond to create memorable, personalised stays that guests return to time and again.
This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 45hours per week, which may vary depending on business.
