Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for qualifying leads, explaining the GBIS and ECO4 schemes to potential customers, and booking surveys via phone. You will be the first point of contact for clients, helping them understand the benefits of the schemes while supporting the team in driving engagement and conversions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the energy efficiency sector and develop your sales skills.

Responsibilities
* Qualify leads and clearly explain the GBIS and ECO4 schemes to potential customers.
* Book surveys and coordinate appointments with customers and surveyors.
* Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in the CRM.
* Manage shared inboxes, respond to queries, and handle general administrative tasks.
* Continuously improve sales processes and share insights with the team.
* Represent the company professionally, demonstrating enthusiasm in all communications.
* Consistently meet weekly and monthly targets for qualifying leads and creating opportunities.
* Support the team and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
Required Qualifications
Education:
* Bachelor's degree preferred, but ambition, curiosity, and a willingness to learn matter most
Experience:
* Experience working closely with teammates, especially in fast-paced environments.
* Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets through telephone or remote client interactions.
* Prior experience in telephone sales, telemarketing, B2B sales, or customer-facing roles, particularly handling high volumes of calls and leads. Experience in lettings would be an asset.
* Passion for energy efficiency and sustainable initiatives, demonstrated professionally or personally.
