About the role
We are seeking passionate and dynamic Associate Lecturers to join our Higher Education team at the Fashion Retail Academy. Successful candidates will shape the educational journey of our students across Levels 4, 5, and 6, fostering industry-relevant skills and creative excellence. We are looking for expertise in Fashion Communications & Styling.
As an Associate Lecturer, you will plan, organise, and deliver high-quality teaching activities for this module, ensuring students receive excellent teaching, learning, and feedback to prepare them for industry roles. You will create and deliver industry-relevant module content aligned with course and programme objectives.
Note: We are continually recruiting talented Lecturers for FRA, and this opportunity could lead to a permanent position.
About you
* Experience: Industry experience in fashion styling (commercial, product, editorial, publishing, communications) and teaching or training, preferably in higher education.
* Expertise: A subject specialist passionate about delivering industry-relevant, student-centered curricula.
* Passion: Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for fostering collaborative learning environments.

Salary:
Hourly rate: £42.00 per teaching hour, including preparation and pedagogic work. Non-teaching duties, such as course development, are paid at £23.85 per hour.
