Titanic Quarter Digital App Content Manager (Part-time) Reporting Line Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Works closely with: Titanic Quarter Team, App Platform Provider and External Partners Contract Details Contract type: 20 Hours per week Location: Office-based (Titanic Quarter, Belfast) Salary: £15,000 (pro-rata based on £28,125 p.a. full-time) Benefits: Health Insurance, Pension Scheme, 12 days annual leave (pro-rata based on 22 full-time) Purpose of the Role The Content Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management, content, growth, and evolution of the App. The role exists to ensure the App is a valuable, engaging and relevant communication tool for people who Live, Work, Visit or Stay in Titanic Quarter, Belfast. The App delivers tailored communications based on user type while allowing all users access to core content including the following key sections - News, Explore and Upcoming Events. The postholder will ensure content is timely, accurate and targeted, driving engagement, adoption and long-term value for residents, workers, visitors, retailers and partners. Success in this role will see the App become a go-to platform for transport information, community updates, events and local offers within Titanic Quarter. Key Responsibilities App & Content Management Manage the day-to-day operation of the TQ App Plan, create and publish App content across all sections Coordinate and schedule push notifications aligned to user type (Live / Work / Visit / Stay) Upload/manage tenant and retailer offers, promotions and listings Ensure content accuracy, relevance and alignment with relevant brand guidelines Stakeholder Engagement Regularly meet with Titanic Quarter occupiers in person to onboard, discuss content ideas, promotions, events and engagement opportunities Be the main point of contact for retailers, residents, tenants, operators and colleagues using and/or providing content ideas for the App Work closely with the App platform provider to manage updates, fixes and enhancements Marketing & Growth Deliver promotional activity and provide on-site and off-site presence aimed at the general public, occupiers, potential users and key stakeholders Identify opportunities, provide support and deliver campaigns to drive downloads and usage Integrate App promotion across Titanic Quarter digital channels, QR codes and website Data & Performance Monitor App analytics including downloads, active users and engagement Produce regular performance reports and insights Make data-led recommendations to improve content, user experience and adoption The successful candidate may play a central role in the public launch of The App and its transition from early adoption to widespread use, long-term App engagement and success. Skills & Experience Essential Third-level qualification held (or in progress) in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or similar Comfortable working with digital platforms and content management systems Strong communication skills with confidence engaging stakeholders face-to-face at their place of business Organised, pro-active and able to manage multiple priorities Basic understanding of analytics and performance reporting Desirable Experience in digital marketing, community management or content creation Use of Equiem One App platform (albeit training will be provided) Experience supporting promotions, launches or on-the-ground marketing activity Interest in placemaking, property, retail or destination marketing, community management or content creation Awareness of the property development and management sector and the role of marketing and communications within mixed-use destinations Personal Attributes Confident, approachable, inter-personal and relationship-focused Creative, pro-active, with strong attention to detail Comfortable collaborating with teams Candidates should note that TQL have engaged outsourced HR Consultancy services to assist with the recruitment process.
